Targeted SMS mailing is done using data from the Big Three mobile operators (MTS, Beeline, and Megafon). The operators target audiences on their side, providing consent to receive promotional mailings for regulators where necessary.
Selecting an audience for the newsletter
The following targeting options are available for selecting an available subscriber base:
- Gender, age, and phone model for sending SMS;
- Level of expenditure on mobile communications;
- Geo-targeting;
- Visits to foreign countries while roaming;
- Calls to specific destinations;
- By current location in real-time.
Measurements are taken during the week, day or night, within a radius of 50 meters.
